# How To Make It:

03 - Spread the Brussels sprouts cut side down on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
04 - Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway, until the sprouts are golden brown and caramelized on the edges.
05 - Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.

# Top Tips:

01 -
  • They transform from bitter to incredibly sweet and nutty in the oven
  • The crispy edges are honestly addictive and might disappear before dinner
02 -
  • Crowding the pan steams them instead of roasting, so use two sheets if needed
  • Cut side down creates the best crispy edges
03 -
  • Smaller sprouts crisp up better, so look for ones that are similar in size
  • Grated Parmesan added in the last 2 minutes creates this amazing salty crust
