# How To Make It:
01 - Set oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil it.
02 - Beat the egg and milk together in a shallow bowl until well blended.
03 - Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, dried Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
04 - Dip each zucchini round into the egg mixture, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere evenly.
05 - Place breaded zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Bake for 10 minutes, then flip slices and bake an additional 3 to 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
07 - Remove from oven and spread 1/2 teaspoon of pizza sauce on each slice, then sprinkle with mozzarella and optional toppings.
