06 - 3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp heavy cream
07 - Zest and juice of 1 large lemon
08 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

# How To Make It:

01 - Boil pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the rest.

03 - Add drained sardines to the skillet, breaking them up gently with a spoon. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

05 - Add drained pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Incorporate reserved pasta water as needed to achieve a creamy consistency.
