02 - 1 cup heavy cream
03 - 3 large egg yolks
04 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/4 cup whole milk
06 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
→ Meats
07 - 4 ounces pancetta or bacon, diced
→ Garnishes & Extras
08 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced
09 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
11 - Toasted sesame seeds, optional
# How To Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease an 8-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
02 - Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook for 2 minutes less than the package directions. Drain the noodles and set aside.
03 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced pancetta or bacon until golden and crisp. Add butter, stir to melt, and remove from heat.
04 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, egg yolks, grated Parmesan cheese, whole milk, and buldak sauce packets. Adjust the amount of buldak sauce to control the spice level.
05 - Add the drained noodles and cooked pancetta mixture to the bowl with the sauce. Mix thoroughly to ensure noodles are well coated.
06 - Transfer the coated noodle mixture to the prepared baking dish. Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
07 - Bake uncovered for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and lightly golden on top.
08 - Remove from oven. Garnish with sliced green onions, freshly ground black pepper, and optional toasted sesame seeds before serving.
